On its Tuesday plenary meeting the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine plans to consider four draft laws regulating issues within the framework of the implementation of the Visa Liberalisation Action Plan for Ukraine. These draft laws are aimed at combating corruption, perfecting the procedure of property arrest and the institution of special confiscation.
In particular, the Verkhovna Rada will have to consider the draft law "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to implementation of recommendations of the sixth report of the European Commission on the status of implementation of the Visa Liberalisation Action Plan for Ukraine touching improvement of principles of activity of the National Agency for the Recovery of the Proceeds of Corruption);
Draft law "On amendments to Penal Code of Ukraine and Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine" (as to implementation of recommendations of the sixth report of the European Commission on the status of implementation of the Visa Liberalisation Action Plan for Ukraine touching the improvement of the procedure of property arrest and institution of special confiscation);
Draft law "On amendments to Law of Ukraine "On prosecutor's office" (as to transparency in organization of activity of the Specialized Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office in order to fulfill recommendations of the International Monetary Fund);
Draft law "On amendments to Law of Ukraine "On preventing corruption" (as to e-declaration of incomes of state or local self-government officials) in first reading and draft amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine touching harmonization of the legislation in the field of preventing and combating discrimination with the law of the European Union.

It is also expected to debrief the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about the course and results of implementation of the action plan for 2015.
